#Ógachékó: Butterfly that thinks itself a bird

#Uloko: The Butterfly should be proud to be a butterfly

#Ógachékó: Flying does not equate it with the bird

#Uloko: It's also a good pollinator

#Okutépa: What do you speak of ?

#Ógachékó: The community Health Practitioners of course

#Uloko:We never claimed to be who we are not

#Ógachékó: You should never claim to be birds when you're butterfly

#Okutépa: The nature need birds just like it needs butterflies, like a team they work to balance the nature of the ecosystem

#Ógachékó: Their training is too limited

#Uloko: Do not belittle my profession

#Okutépa: If all fingers are equal, have you ever thought which would do what a little finger ought to do?

Listen; The system needs highly trained personnel, no doubts about this. But with this sophisticated trainings, comes, sophisticated challenges, this personnels are not too many, we need lesser personnels in training to take care of the endemic less dangerous challenges especially in areas where access is a challenge. All fingers are not equal but needed.

#Ógachékó: But they trespass boundaries, they cross their limits

#Uloko: We all have black sheep in our various communities, should we paint a community black because of its black sheep? Besides our objectives, roles and limitations are clearly stated. Check my standing orders

#Okutépa: No, it is knowledge to know you don't know and wise to know and acknowledge your limitations.

Instead of fighting amongst yourselves, focus on combatting Ill health, morbidity and mortality rates. You have energy? Expend it in promoting Health, not in denigrating a profession. Be disciplined in your practice, obey the codes of conduct, ethics and etiquettes of your profession. Be nice.

#Uloko: I appreciate your wisdom, thank you and remember my junior colleagues who will be sitting for their professional board exams in your prayers.

#Ógachékó: I pray for success for those who deserve success

#Okutépa: Smiles, We pray for their success. Success in your Professional Board Exams, comply with all the rules, attempt intelligently and demonstrate courageously. You shall succeed.
